Showing Off Houston's Style

Menswear and Whatnot

Slowly getting used to this thing. #menswear
After my tumblr got completely wiped out a couple months ago, I decided I would (at some point) bring it back in better form. On and off for about a month, I wondered how I would do that, exactly. This was my decision.
The thought process was pretty simple, I just moved (back) to Houston from Austin and as far as I can tell, there’s not much menswear coverage coming out of htown. Frankly, there’s not a ton of #menswear to post, though there are a variety of mens’ styles, ranging from Bun B’s shoe collection to the old money, River Oaks folks. In all probability, I will continue to run the tumblr the same as it was previously, but add in a few more Houston specific things. With that in mind, the only thing I plan to repost from my old tumblr is a photoset from my visit to The Classroom, a great store here.
Thanks to those of yall that re-followed my totally empty blog. Thanks also to Jes, for making the stellar header; it looks great. You can find the site at www.BayouCityStandard.com or the regular ‘ol thingsthatpleaseme.tumblr.com.
